The www.browse4cash.com website management (“B4C”) hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use it’s links and other products sold through the website by B4C (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by B4C.

It is important to emphasize that the use of B4C’s software, account creation and general participation on the site’s program is 100% free of charge and will remain so as long as the site will remain active.
Additional, non obligatory services or features can be purchased by a one time fee or a monthly subscription, dependent of the specific service that is being asked.
B4C reserves the right to change and/or add to those services in the future.

NOTE: The terms “B4C”, “Content” and “Paid Membership” may be used interchangeably in the terms below:

1. Limited Usage Granted: Paid membership in B4C grants you access to B4C’s advertising tools as specified on the product page in this site, as long as the subscribtion remains active. After your membership expires, your benefits will be removed from your account until additional purchase will be made. No more than one subscription may be maintained for each account. Continued usage of the site’s service will be made possible as long as the usage complies with the rest of the terms and conditions in this document.
2. Paid advertising: Paid advertising requires a monthly fee  or a one time payment, dependent on the purchased package.
3. If a user wishes to deploy B4C services to new clients after their existing paid membership has expired or cancelled, he may do so under our terms of service, provided the payment isn’t cancelled. The paid level account allows for unlimited banner display in B4C’s software. However, it does NOT allow the submitting of pornographic or pornographic-related commercials in any form or format. Also, it is forbidden to submit commercials to violent and/or illegal and/or spam websites. 4. User limitations: As a paid B4C advertiser, you and you alone are authorized to access and edit your submitted assets and profile using the account details given to you during your registration. You may not give your personal account details to any other person for any purpose. You may however, log-in from any computer or supporting web device as long as it is being done according to the rest of the terms mentioned in this document.
5. Unauthorized use: You may not copy any of the site’s content, or duplicate it in any way. You may not store or load any piece of content on the site on a diskette, CD, website or any other media and/or offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from B4C. You may not make any commercial use of B4C’s services and/or it’s trademark and/or any other asset, material or other, that is identified with browse4cash.com and it’s operating management. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
6. Delivery: After we have successfully received your payment, your browse4cash.com advertising package information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided information, browse4cash.com advertisers will have instant access to all of the sections and features and it will remain that way During the membership term. After a membership has expired, regardless of the reason, relevant banners will be removed, and commission payments will no longer be dispatched.
7. Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or any of the browse4cash.com subscriptions to anyone else without prior written consent from the B4C management.
8. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our content. All content found on browse4cash.com are the property of B4C. Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall B4C be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our services.
9. Use of Content: You acknowledge that all of the data and material (collectively the “Content”) written, photographed or other, found on browse4cash.com is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights; therefore, you are only permitted to use the material as expressly authorized by B4C. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
10. Refund policy: Since B4C is offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the advertising package has been purchased, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing our services at our site.
11. Warranty: B4C expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of title for a particular purpose. B4C does not warrant or guarantee it’s services hold any useful and/or usable benefits, such as increased traffic and/or search engine marketing (SEO) value. Should any member find these services beneficially unsatisfying, unhelpful or offensive in any manner, B4C is not to be held responsible and user opinions should not hold against B4C administrators. B4C cannot guarantee the full success of any member, whatever they goals may be, on the site. B4C cannot guarantee the proper function of all the links and/or other parts of the site at all times. Changes in the appearance of the site may occur, depending on the browser (type and version) that is being used. Please ensure that the browsers you use will display the website as it supposes to look. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Nothing in this section should be construed as excluding or limiting any warranty beyond what is permissible under applicable law.
12. Support:  any help video browse4cash.com may offer are provided ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will satisfy or fulfill any expectation one may have. Furthermore, should you encounter any problem while trying to implement any of the actions mentioned on those videos, B4C support team is not obligated to provide support via email or any other mean. This includes practical issues as well as technical issues. Despite this, B4C support team may choose to respond and answer questions of this type. You acknowledge by your use of the content that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing in connection with the videos.
13. Referrals and Links: B4C rejects any responsibility concerning any contents linked or referred to from its pages – only if it has full knowledge of illegal contents and therefore would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages. Only the author of these pages should be hold liable for any damages which might occur out of this. The author also rejects any responsibility concerning any postings or messages which are published by users of discussions boards, guestbooks or mailing lists provided on those pages.
14. You agree to indemnify and hold B4C harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our service or this website in general.
15. B4C reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Furthermore, B4C reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. B4C shall not be liable to you or any third parties should B4C exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.
16. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
17. By signing up to B4C you are accepting the terms above and obligated to follow them in full.
